Pianist Bram Weijters is widely known for his work with the fusion band Crazy Men and his collaborations with American trumpeter Chad McCullough, as well as numerous projects across jazz and beyond. His playing is marked by a constant search for honesty and creativity. On bass you'll hear Toon Rumen, a young and upcoming figure in the Belgian jazz scene, respected for his solid, musical approach and versatility across a wide range of projects. Drummer Lionel Beuvens, who has released several acclaimed albums under his own name, completes the trio. With an impressive career as a sideman, he is a driving force within the Belgian jazz landscape. The trio draws from Weijters’ earlier recordings, complemented by new compositions that reflect his signature style: lyrical, rooted in tradition, yet infused with a modern and energetic edge.
