The Blue Mockingbirds

In February 2019, six young Brussels musicians flew to New Orleans. Their fascination with ‘20s jazz led them to share the streets and stage with local musicians. While the band takes its name from America's jazziest bird, which can imitate other birdsongs, they don’t limit themselves to simple covers of ‘20s tunes. Instead, they tastefully compose and rearrange centuries-old gems in the New Orleans style they love so much.
