Lalagroove Experimental Choir is an open singing project for anyone who would like to explore their voice together with Lalagroove Experimental Choir is an open singing project for anyone who would like to explore their voice together with others. Would you like to experiment with your voice and sing in a group, without needing any prior knowledge, musical training, or the ability to read classical sheet music? Then you’ve come to the right place! The only requirement is the desire to sing together. During the sessions, we work with all kinds of vocal sounds that we develop and transform, with a focus on listening to one another. We’ll also work with visual scores, rhythmic structures, and write our own lyrics that we’ll transform into melodies or spoken word. At the heart of the sessions is the question: What sound do you carry with you from where you come from, and what sound or voice has shaped you?
