In 2007, the actresses of compagnie barbarie stepped onto the stage in nude grandma underwear for their first premiere. Undertwasser wasser wasser was immediately considered ‘a smash hit’. But Time Goes Bye Bye. Since then, 20 years have passed, filled with making theatre, performing in French, German and Czech, and sharing the good, the bad and mediocre food on tour. In that time, the company has grown into an indispensable, fresh and absurdist power within youth theatre, producing bangers like Wa Wilder Man, Modders, Gratis Chips!, Grote Mensen, Première and Finale. And for the last five years, they have been a very dear part of BRONKS. And so, they celebrate. From Friday to Sunday, one performance after the other. All smash hits.
