Our imagination is limitless. One moment it brings us to wondrous places, the next it pulls us down a dark spiral. Can we find protection and safety in our own imagination, or does it sink us deeper into troubled or scary thoughts?In Grip, a dancer interacts with the set. Together, they create a landscape where balance, control and surrender constantly shift. Through colours, shadows, and movements, the performance shows us how powerful our thoughts can be. Sometimes they make us feel strong, sometimes they make us falter.Grip is a visual, danced performance for anyone from 4 years old about the role of our imagination and our fantasy in relation to complex feelings like fear. A sensory experience where imagination and reality meet.
