Movement atelier Parent-Child Autumn 2026

Come and get active with your toddler aged 3 to 6! This short course is a mix of yoga, dance and play. Discover the magic of movement together! In this workshop, we combine yoga, dance, and play for a fun, connecting experience. Ideal for children aged 3–6 with their parents, grandparents, or caregivers. Yoga not only strengthens the body but also helps with emotional regulation, community building, empathy, and self-confidence. The classes, led by professional dancer and yoga teacher Maria de Dueñas López, are child-friendly and full of joy. Maria speaks English, French, Spanish, and Dutch.
