Music runs through the veins of multi-instrumentalist and composer Cochemea Gastelum. Descended from a long line of musicians, he explores his roots in the Indigenous Yaqui culture on Vol. 3: Ancestros Futuros, the third chapter of a trilogy released on the prestigious Daptone Records label. Through this spiritual journey, he builds a musical world of his own at the crossroads of past, present, and future, where memory and imagination intertwine.
