Why is art penetrating into the care sector more and more? How do cultural institutions find themselves questioning vulnerability? Why is art increasingly infiltrating the field of care? How do cultural institutions find themselves questioning vulnerability? Through discussions, readings and performances, these conference days aim to pursue in depth the reflection on the links between art and care, a field that many projects today seek to explore and develop. While certain artistic practices can contribute to providing care, they never do so in isolation, but always in collaboration with the people concerned. Among the topics covered: the professionalization of artists with disabilities. Indeed, while, for nearly twenty years, cultural policies primarily focused on accessibility, we are now seeing the emergence of a new generation of artists with specific needs, who are fully asserting their place on stages and in creative spaces.
