Le Café de l’entraide professionnelle

A friendly gathering open to everyone, where we can support one another on issues related to work, employment, and career transitions, in a supportive and non-competitive environment. Registration is required using the form below Inspired by the Cosearching methodology, this gathering offers a space where everyone can: come with a question, a challenge, or a goal related to their situation, job search, or career plans share their experience, network, and skills benefit from the group’s collective wisdom. This activity draws on the mutual support practices developed within the Cosearching program: self-directed groups, resource sharing, peer learning, and a give-and-take approach, where participants’ paths intersect and mutually enrich one another. The program provides participants with tools and a facilitation framework that strengthens the group’s ability to find its own solutions to the needs of its members.
