Flow Experience brings together three unique workshops focused on fluid movement, musicality, and artistic transitions around pole dance. From low flow and aerial spinning flow to heels choreography, this event offers a complete immersion into an elegant, creative, and accessible movement experience. The afternoon begins with a Socks Low Flow workshop with Marine focused on fluid transitions, musicality, and choreography around the base of the pole. It continues with an Aerial Spinning Flow workshop dedicated to aerial spinning pole and movement quality through rotation. Finally, Anastasia closes the experience with a Heels Low Flow workshop focused on leg lines, low pole transitions, and elegant heels movement. Led by Marine and Anastasia, two artists known for their fluid style and refined approach to movement, these workshops are designed for people looking to discover new movement sensations, develop their flow, and deepen their artistic expression through pole dance.
