Use acting techniques — not to perform, but to grow. CONNECT is a 10-week personal development workshop using theatre exercises to help you discover yourself and build deeper connections with others. Not many people realize that acting can be a very powerful tool to discover hidden parts within ourselves. Join us for a 10-week exploration of the self designed to help you connect with yourself and others. Discover various acting exercises and techniques that focus on personal growth rather than performance. This workshop is open to all aged 18 and over.
