Beer and Chocolate Pairing

Belgium is famous for brewing great beers and making delicious chocolates, but did you know that combined in a smart way beer and chocolates produce amazing new unique flavors?! During a bit over one hour, you will taste 5 local beers and 5 local chocolates (included in the price) and learn how to pair beer with virtually anything! When joining our course, you will not only taste 5 local Beers & Chocolates but also learn how to make your own combinaisons, match beers with any dishes and get insights on how Belgium produces unique beers and exquisite chocolates. But that's no all! We will also cover some history, how Belgium got involved in chocolate making and some market & business insights. By the end of the session, you will have a really good understanding of both the Beer and the Chocolate world. We made this activity as interactive as possible, so we count on your active participation! Finally, our local guide will be happy to share her/his knowledge of Brussels and help you make the most of your stay with good recommendations on what to do/see next.
