
Belgian Chocolate Workshop

Learn how to become a chocolate artisan and make your own Belgian chocolates. Master the tips and tricks to make delicious pralines and mendiant chocolates at a 2.5-hour workshop. Best part? You get to take home all your creations! !Must be at least 12 years old to participate! After splitting up into teams of 2 or 3 (you always stay with whom you booked) and we will explain some theory on chocolate tempering techniques before letting you express your creativity! The workshop is divided into different parts. We will first temper the chocolate, then mold the outside of the praline shells. After that, we will work together on making some chocolate ganache - that will be used as one of our fillings -, then crafting the mendiants before filling up & closing our chocolate shells. While we wait for the chocolate to harden, we will have a chat with everyone while sipping one of the best hot chocolate ever! Our 2.5h chocolate making workshop animated in English by one of our skilled facilitator, the use of an apron (non compulsory), all the ingredients + all the necessary cookware to craft yourself 20 pralines & 10+ mendiants chocolates from scratch, a nice box take them home with you and a delicious hot chocolate!
